Dawn Lewis
Dawn Lewis is an Australian craft retailer, podcaster, TikToker, and professional crafter based out of her New South Wales Central Coast studio. A life-long love of all things crafty & creative, coupled with entrepreneurial tendencies, has seen Dawn through many a hand-made business until she accidentally stumbled into life as a craft retailer. Providing excellent customer service has always been a significant focus in Dawn's businesses because customers are walking, talking, and social-media-posting advertisements and reviews. Without happy customers, there are no referrals or repeat business, so she is conscious about creating a great shopping experience and a community environment.
I am Erin. I started embroidering and sewing when I was 17. I worked at an embroidery shop until it closed. I continued to sew as a hobby and dreamed of having my own embroidery machine. It took several years, but in 2014 I purchased an embroidery machine. I’ve been creating and embroidering since.
In 2018 I started a blog about my hometown and learned how to run a business. The blog gave me opportunities to meet some fantastic people. I also worked with people on this journey to help them start their own businesses. I took the strategies I used to help them create their business and developed an online course that helps people start their businesses. I have worked hundreds people to start their businesses.
